This mask has great pattern throughout. The dots are repeated small and large which gives the piece rhythm. There is also a great contrast in colors between the black white and yellow.  The brings mouth brings focus to the entire mask.

 I found this mask interesting because the face was  symmetrical and the hair was random which created and interesting contrast. The colors used were on opposite ends of the color wheel. This created another contrast.

I liked the rhythm and movement of this mask. The rounded of triangles going around the mask look to be moving. By repeating the circle design throughout they gave the mask rhythm and unity.The dark and light colors gave it contrast.

I tried to repeat my lines from the hair and beard with the lines from the nose. My mask is symmetrical and the circles have complimentary colors as well as contrasting colors. There is texture in the wire i used for the hair and the beard. The overall mask gives the impression of an emotion like surprise or shock.
